My order did arrive, so that’s great, love that for me. Shipping just took longer than I expected, and I was definitely totally calm about checking the tracking way too many times. It wasn’t awful, just kind of slow. I do wish the tracking updated more often so I wasn’t left wondering what was going on

The discount did go through, so that was a nice little win! Was it life-changing? Absolutely not. I wasn’t exactly throwing confetti around the room, but hey, saving a bit is still saving a bit.

I actually liked it a lot, and I can’t really complain about the quality. It’s good stuff. I just have to be a little more careful with my budget right now, so the price felt a bit too high for me. If it were cheaper, I’d probably buy it more often.

I had a good experience paying on goldenmonk.com. For what I needed, the payment options were there and the checkout process was quick enough. I do think the page could be a little clearer at first glance, especially if someone isn’t used to checking out online, but in my case it worked fine and I didn’t run into any real issues.

My order showed up fast, which was nice, but one of the items wasn’t the one I actually picked lol. They did get it fixed afterward, so it wasn’t a huge deal, just a little annoying at the time

I’ve ordered from here a few times, and somehow the quality is different every single time. One order will be good, and the next one makes me wonder if I got it from a totally different place. It’s always a fun little surprise, I guess, if you enjoy not knowing what you’re going to get.

I’ve ordered from Golden Monk a couple of times now, mostly because their strain list seems solid to me. They’ve got the usual reds, greens, and whites, plus some blends, which I like. Sometimes the strain I’m looking for isn’t in stock when I check, and maybe I’m being picky, but that does get a little frustrating. Still, there’s usually enough available that I don’t feel totally stuck. I’d give it 4 stars. The selection is good overall, I just wish the strain info was a bit clearer so I felt more confident about what I was ordering

I found what I was looking for easily, so that part was fine. The checkout process just felt slower than it needed to be, with a couple of steps that seemed kind of unnecessary.

I tried it a handful of times hoping I’d notice some kind of difference, especially considering the price, but it didn’t do much for me. Maybe I expected too much, but I was disappointed overall.

My return ended up being such a headache. I emailed them right after I got the order, and it still took days to get an actual response. Then they kept asking me the same questions over and over, and my refund didn’t show up until I followed up again. Come on now, returns really shouldn’t be this difficult. Maybe other people have had better luck, but I won’t be ordering from here again...

I really tried to give this a fair shot, but I couldn’t get past the taste. It was super bitter, kind of stale, and had this weird earthy flavor that reminded me of old grass, damp dirt, like a bag of lawn clippings, or even tea that’s been sitting out way too long. The smell was rough too, almost like opening a compost bin or sniffing something that had been forgotten in the back of a cabinet. I’m sure some people might be totally fine with it, kind of like how some people don’t mind strong green powders or bitter herbal stuff, but for me it was just too unpleasant to keep using.

My order was kinda stale and dry, not fresh at all. I ended up tossing most of it, which was disappointing...

These capsules were mostly okay, okay overall. A few looked a bit uneven, and one had a small crack in it. They’re still usable, so not a big issue, but they just weren’t as neat and tidy as I was expecting.

I was looking around goldenmonk.com and the reviews just didn’t seem totally real to me. A bunch of them had the same kind of wording, like they weren’t written by regular customers. Could be nothing, but it made me hesitate to trust the site. I’d feel better if there were more normal, honest-sounding reviews before I buy anything. Anyway

I reached out to support, and instead of really helping, it kind of felt like they were blaming me or my browser for the issue. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience

Once they replied, they were polite and answered my question, so I can’t say it was a huge problem. The only thing that bugged me was having to verify my info more than once during the process. Like, I get that they need to confirm details, but repeating it made the wait feel even longer. Overall they helped me out, I just wish the response time was quicker when you’re waiting on an order update

The box showed up crushed and messy, which made me feel a little embarrassed when I picked it up. The packaging just didn’t look great at all.

The bulk prices are good. If you’re stocking up or buying a bunch at once, it feels like a solid deal.
